Future NFL First Round Picks on UGA’s 2012 Roster

The following players are players I believe are definitely going in the first round of the NFL draft when their time comes:

JARVIS JONES — (OLB) 6’3″ 241 pounds
Jarvis Jones will be a first round selection in the 2013 NFL draft . He has the potential to be the #1 overall pick and he definitely will be selected in the first round. I’m predicting top 5.  Jones played at USC for one year before transferring back to his in state school, Georgia.  He had to sit out one year but when he hit the field last year, he made an immediate impact.  He garnered many awards including being named an All-American. The sky is the limit for this Bulldawg!

JJ has a quick first step, very good technique, and an innate ability to get to the quarterback. He has a high football IQ and is willing to play the run as well.

Jarvis played at Carver High School in Columbus, Ga. I have had Jarvis on my show in the past and he was very humble and extremely respectful. I can’t wait to see the numbers he puts up in 2012! Good luck Jarvis! [Read more...]
